Dillie <br />August 18, 1995 <br />Page 2 <br />~I <br />Stipulation No. 03 ~~ <br />FOR THE PURPOSE OF BOND CALCULATION, BMRI WILL REPORT TO THE DIVISION <br />THE VOLUME OF WASTE ROCK TO BE REMOVED FROM THE WEST PIT I THE <br />GEOCHEMICAL TEST RESULTS INDICATE THERE IS REASONABLE POT TIAL THAT <br />THE BACKFILLED WASTE ROCK WILL HAVE AN ADVERSE AFFECT ON OUNDWATER <br />QUALITY. DMG CONSIDERS REMOVAL OF BACKFILL THE WORST CAS£~ COST FOR <br />BONDING PURPOSES. <br />BMRI will report the volume of waste rock placed into theest Pit on <br />a monthly basis. Accurate volumes of this amount are cal lated at <br />the end of every month. Please allow a week for this volu e to be <br />verified and then reported to the Division. Only an esti ated volume <br />is available for July 24 to July 31. This estimated volu e is 79,425 <br />tons. <br />I <br />Stipulation No. 04 <br />BMRI WILL COMMIT TO PLACING A LIFT OF SANTA FE ALLUVIAL TERIAL <br />WITHIN THE GROUNDWATER TABLE FLUCTUATING ZONE OF THE BACK ILLED PIT <br />AND COMPACT THE LIFT PURSUANT TO COMPACTION REQUIREMENTS F TR-18. <br />BMRI has agreed to this stipulation, <br />Stipulation No. OS I~ <br />BMRI WILL SUBMIT A RESPONSE TO THE DIVISION WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE DATE <br />OF' THIS CONDITIONAL APPROVAL AliliRES3iiv'v' THE 1SoLTE Or' S[,Z2Fi=li'c, ;;i::~I~.AGE <br />LEAVING THE WEST PIT AREA.
