Per our telephone conversation of this day, key staff members of the Twentymile Coal Company
Environmental Group will be out of state next week. As such, we are requesting an extension of the due
dates on the MR05-194 descision, and on the abatement requirement for CV-2005-006. Please wave the
current due dates and extend the due date for both of these items to July 15, 2005.
