The <br />staff has been contacted for input on the new design. The changes <br />made apparently will satisfy those concerns. <br />It is my understanding that the issue of insurance coverage has <br />been adequately addressed by our insurance carrier and Mr. Larry <br />Routen of your office. The most rece t Proof of Insurance <br />document for both McClane and Munger ~anyon Mines are submitted <br />with this packet and should replace the old certificates in both <br />permits. <br />REMOVE: Appendix D & Appendix H <br />REPLACE: Appendix D & Appendix H <br />CMLR should now have all of the information necessary to make a <br />determination to issue the permit revision.
