This was addressed to <br />you because you processed the last revision, this revision is related to that one, and this pertains to a <br />discussion you and 1 had last fall. The file should contain a letter from Mike McDonald of Kiewit Western <br />regarding my authority to submit revisions such as this one. That letter was provided during the processing <br />of the revision done last summer. 1 have also included a check in the amount of $188.00. <br />This revision is basically a bond increase request. Several items have been identified for construction on the <br />site and, although most of the equipment will be portable, the concrete supports will not. Most of the items <br />discussed involve concrete pads and building supports that will be poured in place. Those will need to be <br />included in the reclamation bond. The costs provided came from Kiewit Western and are based on CDOT <br />costs.
