If the seed is broadcast, the rates shown need to be <br />doubled. The seed should still be incorporated as much as possible, <br />even with broadcasting (i.e. drag, harrow, lightly disc, pack, etc.). <br />Since this is not irrigated, early July is probably the best time to <br />seed to catch the summer showers. Fertilizer would actually be <br />detrimental, so avoid it. If you decrease a grass due to <br />availability, cost, etc. then increase one of the others so the total <br />per cent seeded still adds up to 100 per cent. <br />Since I do not know the acreage, I have shown the rate for one acre. <br />Multiply that rate by the total acres to be seeded. <br />If you have any question, please call me. <br />Regards, <br />~~ <br />Steven L.
