Enclosed you will find a copy of the first page of <br />the original application with the acreage <br />corrections. <br />2. This item was a comment from you for our <br />information. <br />3. Per your recommendation, the slopes will be <br />corrected to a 3:1 slope. Enclosed is a revised <br />reclamation map shown as Item 3. <br />4. No fuel, hydraulic fluid, antifreeze, or other <br />hazardous materials will be stored in this pit. <br />Equipment used in the pit will be serviced by <br />pickups that enter and leave the pit area on a <br />daily bases. <br />5. A letter from the local soil conservation office is <br />enclosed concerning the revegetation plan. See <br />Item 5. <br />6. A damage waiver for the well on the north side of <br />the pit has been obtained. See Item 6. <br /> <br />
