Please note that the comments requiring responses are: 2, 4, 10, 11, 12, and 14. Reaortioe Requirements Fulfillment of reporting requirements. The report fulfills for ] 997 all of Trapper's annual reporting requirements; these include: a) Reclamation report (Section 2.04.13 of the Regulations), b) Hydrology report (Section 4.0~.13(4)(c) of the Regulations), c) Reclamation map (Section 3.5.3 of Trapper's permit), d) Spoil sampling report (Section 2.7.2 of Trapper's permit), e) Topsoil map and report (Section 4.9.2 of Trapper's permit), f1 Stock ponds map (Section 3.6.3.8 of permit) g) Dozer basins map (Section 4.8.1.7 of permit) 2. Missing hydrologic monitoring data. The Division has compared the monitoring data contained in the report to the monitoring requirements in Trapper's permit (Section 4.8.S.la for surface water and Section 4.8.5.2a for ground water). Table 1, below, lists specific monitoring data not found in the report which are required by the permit. The Division would expect the one-time omissions of these data to not hinder the monitoring program, but requests an explanation for these omissions in order to evaluate the effectiveness of overall monitoring procedures.
