Moms, 1r., received a Juris Doctor degree from the University of <br />Texas School of Law in Austin, Texas, in May 1974. <br />2. Morris was admitted to the Virginia State Baz in October ]974 and has <br />continuously remained a member in good standing of that organization ever since. <br />3. Moms is also a member in good standing of the bras of the Suprente Court of the <br />United States, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, and the <br />United States District Court for the Western District of Virginia_ Morris has been <br />allowed to practice pro hac vice in matters in United States District Courts for the <br />District of Columbia, the Eastern District of Kentucky, and the Northern and <br />Southern Districts of West Virginia and in the state courts of West Virginia. <br />4. This Court has previously permitted Moms to participate in Civil Action No. 01- <br />CV-26, arelated action currently pending in this Court. <br />S. Jim Tatum, a member is good standing of the Baz of the Colorado Supreme <br />Court, will be associated with Morris at all stages of this cause. <br />WHEREFORE, PREM3SES CONSIDERED, the TATUMS request that this <br />Court permit Walton D.
