The revised reclamation plan shall provide the following procedures. <br />Since topsoil has not been sufficiently salvaged to provide a 6-8 inch layer, any new <br />activity (possible enlargement amendment to permitted area) will have topsoil stockpiled. The <br />topsoil shall be replaced to a depth of 3-4 inches during reclamation. , -. <br />'the county plans to amend the plant growth medium with 10-20 tons per acre of organic matter <br />I.manure) prior to final reclamation. <br />Upon the completion of mining all excavated slopes will be left no steeper than 3:1. Grading <br />will be done with erosion control and final natural appeazing topography in mind. <br />- 'The seed mixture will consist of blue gramma, sideoats gramma, switch grass and little <br />bluestem. Grass seeding should occur between November 1 through May 20ih. Weeds should <br />be controlled mechanically or chemically until grass is established.
