Gillis, Senior Environmental Protection Specialist <br />RE: Blasting & Mining Inc., Gardner Pit No. 2a, Permit No. M-90-025, <br />CN-001 <br />Please be advised that on September 25, 1995, Blasting & Mining Inc., whose <br />address and telephone number are 7452 CR 248, Cortez, CO 81321; <br />(970> 565-3388, filed an application to convert Permit M-90-025, the <br />Gardner Pit No. 2a, from a 110 Limited Impact Reclamation Permit to a 112 <br />Regular Operation Reclamation Permit. The mining and reclamation opeaation is <br />located at or near Section 13, Township 37N, Range 15W, New Mexico Prime <br />Meridian, in Montezuma County. The application decision is scheduled for <br />December 26, 1995. <br />A copy of the application is available for review at the Montezuma County <br />Clerk & Recorder's office and at the office of the Division of Minerals and <br />Geology, Room 215, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado 80203. <br />All written comments or objections must be submitted within twenty (20) days <br />of the last date of the newspaper public notice to be considered in the <br />application review process by the Division.
