During this process there will be public hearings <br /> before the Planning Commission and County Commissioners. Holders of liens , <br /> mortgages, easements or other rights in the subject property and adjacent <br /> property owners will be notified of these hearings. This process will review <br /> all portions of the proposal including compatibility, services , environmental <br /> impacts, site plan, and other relevant concerns. <br /> Only a portion of the submitted documents may have been enclosed for your <br /> review. You are welcome to review the entire file at the Land Use Department. <br /> The Land Use staff, Planning Commission and County Commissioners value <br /> comments from individuals and referral agencies. All comments will be made <br /> part of the public record and given to the applicant. Lack of response will <br /> be taken to indicate support for the proposal . <br /> You may check the appropriate. response below or send a letter.
