iiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii <br />Public Notice <br />Pursuant to Title 34, Article 35, Paragraph 3, of the Colorado Revised Statutes, the Division of <br />Minerals and Geology hereby issues notice that on April 12, 1994 a minor revision application to <br />a permit to conduct coal mining operations at the West Elk Mine, File No. C-80-007 (MR-121), by <br />Mountain Coal Company, P.O. Box 591, Somerset, Colorado 81434, was deemed complete for <br />the purposes of filing. The revision addresses construction of an exploration road. All reviews and <br />comment periods as provided in the Act and Regulations promulgated thereunder initiate from this <br />day of filing. <br />Posted ~/ <br />
