The <br />AGRI~fMLNT is to provide compensation for any damage to the structure. <br />WHEREAS: The mining operation of Dom Ready Mix has been in operation for a <br />number of years and such mining activity has not caused any damage nor does Dorn <br />Ready Mix anticipate any future damage to any structure owned by others. <br />WHEREAS: Western Arca Power Administration has knowledge ofthc past mining <br />operations performed by Dorn Ready Mix and have inspected the power line structures, <br />which are within 200 feet of the permit area and found no damage to the structures. <br />Western Area Power Administration acknowledges in tact they did construct the power <br />line structures after mining was started on the Dom Ready Mix permit area with full <br />knowledge by Western Area Power Administration of such mining activiq•. <br />BE IT IIEREBY ACRF,ED: <br />Dorn Ready Mix will compensate Western Area Fower Administration for any damage <br />to a higkwey structure owned by Western Area Power Administration, which is within <br />two hundred (200) feet of the mining operation.
