A required third copy has been sent to you and addressed to the <br />Division Offices at 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, CO. <br />Adeguary Item 1 reguerted 'iediment control details and documentation to demonrtrate that the drainage from the <br />drill titer will meet the went limitationr of 4.05.2, both during drilling and following reclamation." The <br />rerparae rubmitta/ included adequate derign information and documentation to demanrtrate romp/iance with <br />applicable went limits during the operational phare. No rpetifrc documentation war provided to demanrtrate <br />that applicah/e ~uen< lirmitr (eg., nett/eable rolidr limit of 0.5 ml/If would be met upon reclamation grading and <br />toproiling of the rifer, bared on roil roughening treatmenk and/or tilt fencing. <br />Please provide appropriate sediment modeling to demonstrate that the O.SmI/1 settleable <br />solids /unit will be achieved for the reclaimed drill pad sites. <br />Response: A SEDCAD run is attached incorporating silt-fencing downgradient of the reclaimed <br />drill pad.'
