EXHIBIT E
RECLAMATION PLAN
Section 1 -General Description
The plan for reclamation of this site is to create developable land for
industriaUcommercial use. Overburden materials will be used to fill in a portion of the
existing pit. The surrounding areas will be reseeded and planted in a manner as described
under the existing permit. Grasses, trees and shrubs will be planted consistent with this
intent.
Section 2 -Comparison to Adjacent Land Uses
The proposed reclamation plan is intended to fit into and compliment adjacent land uses.
This parcel is located within the boundary of an existing permit, number M-1977-184.
The reclamation plan of the existing permit calls for recreational area which includes
ponds and open space. To the south of the proposed site is an industrial facility and to
the west is Timberline Road. To the north is the existing permit and to the east is open
space.
This amendment to a portion of the permit area will change the post mining land use from
recreation to industrial/commercial. No conflicts between the final reclamation plan and
adjacent land uses are expected.
