Catlany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />The Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety has received a revision for the Bowie No. 2 Mine. The <br />revision was called complete on January 4, 2007. The decision due date is January 14, 2007. <br />In Minor Revision No. 75, Bowie Resources, LLC is proposing to drill one Geotechnical hole. The drill <br />pad and 0.01 mile of new road are located on USDA-FS Land. Total surface disturbance will be about <br />0.6 acres and will be within the approved permit boundary. Right of Entry is through Federal Coal Lease <br />COC-61209.
