Thus, for each of the two operations, I <br />have placed the following two items on the May 23-24, 1984 Board meeting <br />agenda: <br />Succession of Operators and Transfer of Permit from Pioneer Nuclear, <br />Inc. to Ryan, Ltd., and <br />2. Recommended increase of the amount of the Financial Warranty to <br />$5,000.00. <br />I will plan to recommend approval of these two actions to the Board for each <br />of the two operations in a "no problem", written format.
