on a map in Fxhibit C.
2.2 Notice Procedures
2.21 The following rules apply to applications for :
112 ( 1) Regular permits ,
109(3) (2) Conversions of 1973 Act permits qualifying as regular permits ,
112 (8) (3) Amendments of regular permits , and
110(8) (4) Conversions of limited impact permits to regular permits.
2.22 The operator shall :
1120 0) (a) ( 1 ) Upon filinn the application , place for public review a
112(9) copy of the application , less confidential items , with
the clerk or recorder of the county or counties in which
the affected land is located.
112( 10) (b) (2) Vithin 10 days after filing, publish notice in a news-
paper of general circulation in the locality of the
proposed mining operation. four times , once a week for four
consecutive weeks , containing :
a. Name and address of applicant -
b. Location of the proposed minine operation by section,
township and range, and street address where applicable;
c. Proposed dates of commencement and completion of the
operation :
d. Proposed future use of affected land.
e. Location where additional information on the operation
may be obtained-
f. Location and final date for filing objections with the
Board : and
g. Date , time and place set for consideration by the Board ,
if known.
11200) (c) (3) Immediately after the first publication. mail a cony therof
to:
a. All owners of record of surface rights to the affected
land, and
b. All owners of record of surface rights to the imme-
diately adjacent lands . (See definition. )
1120 0) (c) (4) As soon as designated by the Board . mail a copy thereof
to any other ovmers of record who might be affected by the
proposed mining operation. The Roard shall designate such
owners , if any , within one month of the filing of the
application.
