Cottony <br />Division DireROr <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />On January 7, 2004 we discussed the following pending submittals relating to the Climax Mined Land <br />Reclamation Permit. <br />The final project report for the new Storke Water Return System including as-builts and all <br />testing data. <br />A description of findings and any required mitigation relating to the investigation of the of outlet <br />pipe leading from Robinson Lake to the old Robinson Pump Station. <br />The design and construction information and engineer's certification required for Ron's Riser. <br />As we discussed, the deadline for these submittals is hereby reestablished as Mazch 1, 2004. <br />If you have any questions, please contact me. <br />Sincerely, <br />Allen C.
