The reason that we aze <br />requesting this extension is in order to receive the final documentation from the Army <br />Corps of Engineers. The Corps has indicated that we will receive the final permit, listing <br />the conditions of approval, in the next two to three weeks. Thus we would expect to be <br />able to provide the supplementary information that you requested in your letter of March <br />11, 2002 in early April. As I noted at our site visit, Roaring Fork Resources has notified <br />me that they have just sent a check to the Division to cover the increased amount of the <br />reclamation bond due to the Technical Revision. <br />Thank you and please contact me if you have any questions. <br />Since <br />h n~ <br />Step a R.
