My first question though is: would you please
make .sure you tell me if you don't understand the
question or if I am speaking too fast. I understand you
are bi-lingual, meaning you speak Spanish, and there may
be a problem. I would assume that you may not
understand some of the English and lawyers tend to use
big words and maybe too many words when only one little
one or one short sentence would do. Tell me if you
don't understand; and secondly, if I speak too fast tell
me to slow down. Sometimes I ask two questions at once
so tell me which one I am asking or ask me to only ask
one question. Don't hesitate to interrupt. We just
want to get as clear a picture as we can.
Would you state your full name?
A Fidel Lobato.
Q And your address?
A I don't even know my address down there --
.just a post office box, 1425, Durango.
Q And you live down there? Where is that?
A I live 160 South, Highway 160 South.
Q How long have you lived in the Durango,
Colorado area?
A Forty (40) years.
Toni W.
