Terry Winn leased -- <br />A Yes, but at the time the permit was almost to <br />be approved he just run out of money; he couldn't. <br />Q So you had a permit almost approved, and had <br />you talked to anybody about selling the mine to get it <br />open? <br />A No. <br />Q Your son-in-law .just kind of got stuck and <br />that was it? <br />A Yes. <br />Q When Mr. Houskeeper called you and asked you, <br />you said you would talk about it. What did you do next? <br />A Well, he suggested that we meet at the mine <br />the next morning at ten o'clock. So I said, ok, I will <br />go over there; and he wanted to see the area; he wanted <br />to see the mine. I went over there and we both went up <br />together and we talked it over there. I took him inside <br />just as far as he was showing right there. <br />Q It wasn't lighted in there, was it? <br />A Oh.
