Please note that the stipulation requires that Bowie Resources Limited (BRL) submit <br />documentation of the successful resolution of this issue. <br />Also, on March 25, 2004, the Division received from BRL a letter from the Deer Trail Ditch <br />Company, dated Mazch 22, 2004, in which approval is given for the diversion of the Deer Trail <br />Ditch through a culvert neaz proposed Pond F.
