AFO will, therefore, <br />consider this a timely response. <br />hILRD has issued Notice of Violation (NOV) C-90-062 that incorporates the <br />three violations contained in the Ten-Day Letter. AFO finds this <br />response to be an appropriate action to cause the violations to be <br />corrected.
