As members of the public use these roads on snowmobiles, MCC will be required to <br />post a sign at the closure gate on FR 7 ] 1 stating "CAUTION -SLOW -mixed full-sized <br />vehicle and snowmobile traffic present.". The sign shall comply with the guidelines <br />established in the Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices for a local road. The letters <br />will be black with a yellow reflective sheeting background. <br />3. MCC personnel and their hired contractors will be required to observe a 10 m.p.h speed <br />limit on these roads. It will be MCCs responsibility to ensure that company personnel and <br />contractors aze informed of the speed limit and made awaze of potential for mixed traffic. <br />4. The Forest Service reserves the right to withdraw this authorization at any time. <br />5. This authorization is given for a maximum of eight round trips per day in 4WD trucks <br />and ATVs. Any increase in traffic must be brought before the Forest Service for approval. <br />In addition, MCC must notify the Forest Service prior to each plowing event. <br />6. MCC will be responsible for repairing any damage imparted to the roads. Snowplowing <br />activities shall not block or impede the flow into existing drainage structures. <br />7. Per Clause 3 and 4 of MCCs RUP, use plans and use records for these roads must be <br />submitted to the Forest Service by December 6, 2000. <br />8. Travel is restricted to the roadways authorized. <br />9.
