The responses follow the same numbering system used in the Mid[erm Findings. <br />1. Appendix 27 is updated with the current information required by Rule 2.03.4(3), regarding <br />Officers, Ownership, and other "Persons" who "own or control" Colorado Yampa Coal <br />Company. <br />2. The information has been updated accordingly. <br />3. The information pertaining to Rule 2.03.4(7) is updated and current. <br />4. The information required by Rule 2.03.6 is current. <br />5. Two copies of Map 3, which have been certified, are enclosed for insertion into the permit, <br />6. The information requested is presented on existing Map 2, and pcr [he Division's request <br />CYCC is providing two copies of the map for insertion into the permit. <br />7. The information required by this comment has been previously supplied in technical revision <br />98-09. <br />8. The abandonment reports for wells 008-79-06, 008-SP-4b and 008-SP-Sa were submitted to <br />the Division on March I8, 1999. Wells 008-AV-1 and 008-AV-2 will remain as part of <br />TCC's active monitoring program. <br />9. This information is presented in the permit on page 2.05-24. <br />10. The information is contained in []mc permit on pages 2.05-64 through 2.05-65a, and on Map 2. <br />Likew-ise, the Division previously has found that CYCC has nmet this requirement. CYCC <br />dots not believe any further information is required. <br />
