On January 25, 2006, the Division notified you of the deficiencies of <br />this request. Attention is called to the following from Rule 1.4.1(8): <br />"An Applicant has sixty (60) days from such notice to submit all the necessary documents that the ice <br />needs for an application to be considered filed. If, at the end of sixty (If0) day period, the application has not <br />been determined to be filed with the Office, the ice shall deny the application and terminate the application <br />file. If the Office denies and terminates the application file, the Office shall determine if the Applicant desires <br />a return of the applications and shall provide the applications to the Applicant at no cost to the Office. <br />Otherwise, the Office may dispose of all copies as appropriate. An Applicant may appeal such denial to the <br />Board according to the provisions of Subsection 1.4.11. " <br />To date, the required material has not been supplied to the Division. Therefore, the above request has been denied. <br />You have the right to appeal the Division's decision under Rule 1.4.11.
