They told Rose some of the rocks went over the house and hit in the
Fire Mountain Canal.
I called Rose at 527-4776 and she told me that after the renters
(Terry and Rita Rugh) called her, she and her husband drove toward the
blasting area and all the blasters and every one was leaving the area.
I then drove to the Bowie Resources Mining and talked with Tony
Bear. Tony said the third blast was a delayed blast and it did throw same
rock. i toid Tony that it hit a house and where the house was located. Tony
said he would go there and check for damage and take care of it.
I then drove to 1809 Hwy 133 and talked with Douglas Frazier and
tt?ld 'him that Tony Bear would take care of everything. Doug thanked me for
that and said he didn't see any damage but was concerned about the rock
flying that far. Nothing further ~ this time.
9208 SO8 SCS3;ST2, ALLSZi
NCIC Ver. 2901 Criminal Miachi~
Disposition 20 iIiFORMATiON O~iLY
AI S
Case Number

ti
