Walther
Ezecu[ive Director
Ronald W. Cattany
Acting Division Director
An error has been brought to our attention regarding the Summary/History section of the RN-04
Findings document that you recently received. In the second paragraph of page 3, the original
narrative erroneously indicated that the refuse disposal area adjacent to the South Portal
facilities, located south and east of I-70, had been fully reclaimed. Actually, as indicated in other
sections of the document, the slopes of the refuse area have been reclaimed, but the top of the
pile has not yet been fully reclaimed. Enclosed is an amended page 3 of the subject findings
document. Please replace the current page 3 in your copy of the findings document with the
amended page 3.
Please contact me at (970) 242-5025 if you have any questions.
Sincerely
Daniel .
