"LAMAR (JEST PIT" FILE N0. 81-132 <br />I am in receipt of your letter dated April 29, 1985. <br /> <br />...This is to inform you that we will attend the Formal Public Hearing <br />scheduled .for May 22-23, 1985. <br />This letter is also to inform you that your "facts constituting the <br />alleged violations" #2. are incorrect. I did not tell you that <br />Valco had "sold" topsoil and overburden to the Cow Palace, but rather <br />that the Cow Palace had taken the material as part of an agreement when <br />the Cow Palace sold the land to Val co. <br />I am also in receipt of your Inspection Report and will plan to submit <br />a technical revision by June 15, 1985. <br />If possible, we would perfer to be heard before the board on May 22nd. <br />Si~ely, <br />,-etu~/ <br />George R.
