("Mi Vida"), and amend- <br />ing several orders previously entered by the Board. <br />The stipulation will contain several recitals describing the his- <br />tory of this permit. In particular the agreement should recite <br />that the original permit was issued to Gold Hill Mining Company <br />("Company"). In 1985 Company transferred the permit to Limited <br />and Colino Oro Molino, Inc. ("COM"). Subsequently, in 1991, Com- <br />pany transferred the permit to Ventures and COM. The administra- <br />tive record does not reflect any intervening transfer from <br />Limited to Ventures or Company. <br />In order to transfer the permit and to amend certain orders <br />issued by the Mined Land Reclamation Board ("MLRB") the stipu- <br />lation shall provide as follows: <br />The parties to this stipulation agree to transfer of <br />Permit no. M-83-141 to Mi Vida Enterprises, Inc. <br />(address) and Colino Oro Molino, Inc., (address). <br />On March 27, 1992 the MLRB issued Notice of Violation <br />M-92-021 and Cease and Desist Order to Limited and <br />COM, jointly and severally. The Board also issued <br />NOV No. M-92-029 on May 29, 1992; and NOV Nos. <br />M-92-028 and M-92-030 both on June 1, 1992, to Ven- <br />
