<br />NOTICE OF PROPOSED DECISION <br />The Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology has issued a proposed decision <br />to approve with conditions a technical revision to the mining and reclamation <br />plans for the Terror Creek Loadout, Permit No. C-83-059, operated by the <br />Terror Creek Company, under the provisions of the Colorado Surface Coal Mining <br />Reclamation Act of 1979. The proposed technical revision (TR-04) was <br />submitted by the Terror Creek Company on September 29, 1993 for the Terror <br />Creek Loadout. The affected area is located in Section 15, T13S, R91W of the <br />6th P.M., in Delta County. <br />The subject technical revision will revise and clarify the reclamation plan. <br />Copies of the proposed technical revision are available for review at the <br />Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology office, 1313 Sherman Street, <br />Room 215, Denver, Colorado 80203. Any person who has an interest which is or <br />may be adversely affected may request a formal hearing regarding this proposed <br />decision. Requests for a formal hearing must be made in writing within ten <br />(10) days of this publication and shall state with reasonable specificity the <br />reasons for the request and objections to the proposed decision. <br />
