Long, <br />Drvison Director <br />RE: Notification of May 26, 1993 Expiration of the Apex No, 2 Permit, File No. C-81-011, <br />Renewal RN-02 <br />Dear Mr. Arbaugh: <br />According to our records, the mining permit for the Apex No. 2 will e.~cpire May 26, 1993. As <br />required by Rule 2.08.5(2)(a) of the regulations of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation <br />Board, .:~ application for the renewal of a permit shall be filed with the Mined Land <br />Reclamation Division at least 180 days before the expiration of the existing permit. The request <br />for renewal must be received prior to November 30, 1992 to be eligible for the right of <br />successive renewal as defined in Rule 2.08.5(1). At a minimum the renewal application must <br />contain those items outlined in Rule 2.08.5(2)(b).
