If pumping <br />is required, no water will be directly discharged to a waterway. Final <br />slopes will be in compliance with the reclamation standards for regrading <br />in the presence of a water pool. Slopes above the maximum water level will <br />generally vary between 3:1 and 2: 1. <br />Production will vary from year to year. Presently, the plan is to <br />produce 35,000 tons of material in 1979.
