The revision was submitted by Seneca Coal Company. All review and comment periods as provided in the Act and the Regulations initiate from this date of filing. The revision provides the as-built report and certification for sedimentation pond 010. The surface coal mining operation is on land located 7.3 Miles southwest of Hayden, Colorado. The permit area is further described as follows: Township 6 North. Ranee 87 West Section 28: Portions of NW'/., NW'/a SW'/a Section 29: Portions of E'!2 SE'/a, SW'/a SE'/a Section 32: Portions of W'k E'k Township 5 North, Ranee 87 West Section 5: Portions of W'k E'/z Section 8: NW'/a, SW'/a, W'k NE'/+, W'k SE'/a Section 16: SW'/a NW'/., NW'/a SW'/e, and portions of SW'/a SW'/a, NW S6 NW'/a, SE'/a NW'k, NE'/a SW'k, NW'/a SE'/.
