This issue can be <br />resolved by updating the Air Emissions permit. <br />,.~ Rule 2.03.11 <br />Pg. 1. The last paragraph should include the reference to Permit <br />Revision 03. <br />~ Rule 2.03.12 <br />The Division will require the proof of publication of this notice. <br />Rules <br />Surface Hydrology date on page 5 and 6 has been revised by TR-02. <br />Basically, the information contained in the first six paragraphs <br />need to be replaced by the information by the section titled Mine <br />Drainage Plan in the September, 1991 TR in Section 2.05.6. <br />,/Rule 2.04.6 <br />Information about the coal quality from each of the lease <br />modification areas is exactly the same. The NPDES # in the last paragraph of page 3 should be updated. <br />Rule 2.05.2 <br />1. Page 5, Surface Subsidence. Some mention of the subsidence <br />affecting the Huntington ditch and the repairs done on it <br />should be mentioned in this section. <br />2. The section entitled Anticipated Production states 300,000 <br />tons per year which conflicts with the air emissions permit as <br />stated before. This needs to be resolved. <br />Rule 2.05.3 <br />Pg. 1, paragraphs 1 and 4 state 9.28 and 10.25 acres of disturbed <br />
