Our initial review indicated that all <br />preliminary items required by the Colorado Surface Coal Mining Reclamation Act, <br />C.R.S. 34-33-101 et sec., had been submitted; thus your technical revision <br />application was deemed complete for the purpose of filing on November 8, 1991. All <br />review and comment periods as provided in the Act and Regulations promulgated <br />thereunder initiated from this date of filing. <br />A copy of the technical revision application, less any confidential information, must <br />be filed far public inspection with the Delta County Planner's Office. Any <br />subsequent changes or additions must also be reflected in this copy. <br />The proposed newspaper advertisement submitted on October 28, 1991 was found to <br />be satisfactory. <br />The technical revision was forwazded to Jim Pendleton who is the Division's chief <br />geotechnical engineer. He will either review the application himself or have Hruce <br />Stover look at it. You will be notified as to the Division's findings of adequacy or <br />inadequacy of your revision application.
