Public notice of the proposed decision was published on July 29, 2007, in <br />the Steamboat Pilot & Today. The 10-day public comment period following the <br />publication closed on August 8, 2007. No comments were received in response to the <br />notice. The approval proposed decision of the TR-60 application of July 24, 2007 is final <br />as of close of business August 8, 2007.
