Dear Mr. Nettleton:
The Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology (Division) proposed a decision to
approve the Technical Revision No. 7-60 (TR-60) application to Permit C-1982-056 on
July 24, 2007. Public notice of the proposed decision was published on July 29, 2007, in
the Steamboat Pilot & Today. The 10-day public comment period following the
publication closed on August 8, 2007. No comments were received in response to the
notice. The approval proposed decision of the TR-60 application of July 24, 2007 is final
as of close of business August 8, 2007. If you have not already done so, please provide a
copy of the approved revision to the Office of Surface Mining and the Bureau of Land
Management (with notification to the Division) by August 23, 2007.
