On May 22, 1996 the Division of Minerals and Geology approved with conditions
Technical Revision No. 20 which covers the lowering of the protective drain cover
thickness from three feet to two feet for Phase II area of the Carlton Project, Permit No.
M-80-244 Cresson Amendment No. 6. The Technical Revision is approved with
conditions.
In accordance with Rule 1.9.2, Denial and Appeal Process, all parties to original permit
have the right to appeal the Division's decision to the Board within 60 days of the date
of the decision. The request for Administrative Appeal, Subsection 1.4.7, must specify
the application number assigned by the Office and all factual and legal questions which
the applicant wishes to have the Board decide.
