Some damage has already occured, but there <br />is a high probability of additional damage being done. $1200.00 is assessed <br />due to the serious nature of this action. There exists the possibility of <br />a stream channel diversion, washing out of the island, and increased sediment <br />Zoads on the stream. <br />(2)(c) - Fault - 5550.00 is assessed. Snowmass assured the Division that work <br />on the island could occur without crossing the stream by using cranes. <br />Civ. Pen.
