The material storage yard site shall be
~ restored by pushing the fill portion of the yard back into the cut area as shown on cross-sections B-B and C-C on
Map 25, Surface Area Cross-Sections. The access/haulroad shall be regraded by pushing the fill portions into the
cut areas. The spoil materiel will be compacted, graded and stabilized by the equipment used to place the spoil
materials. Map 31, Post Mining Topography, and cross-sections AA, B-B, D-D, &B, F-F, G-G, H-H and Y-1 on
Map 25, Surface Area Cross Sections, show the final surface configuraticns in detail. The upland divisions are
shown on Map 25, cross-section HH/YY. The design for these channels is located in exhibit S-R,
Gradmg operations shall be conducted to reinstate the approximate original contour and to avoid the creation of
long uninterrapted slopes, Since there are no steep slopes in the proposed permit area, cut and ftll terraces will not
be installed. Grading will result in an undulating topography, thereby increasing moisture infiltration, reducing
runoff potential, and minimizing erosion. Topsoil will be distributed as shown on Map 29, Reolamaticn.
Portal Sloae Heating System
Up Incompletion of mining, the slope heating system will be dismantled and the small building will be removed.
The concrete pad will remain is place end will be buried during reclamation of the portal area.
02-176 2,05-99 02/20/02
A detailed estimate of the reclamation costs associated with the Fish Crack Tipple is found on Pages 2.05-28
through 2.05-33 of Volume V1I1, ]!ish Creek Tippie/Loadout Appendix. Other bond calculations caa be found in
Appendix A, Volume I-B.
