For this purpose, mining" means <br />extracting coal from the earth or from a waste pile and transporting it within or <br />from the mine site. <br />This Order shall remain in effect until the condition, practice, or violation has <br />been abated or until it is modified, terminated or vacated in writing by an <br />authorized representative of the Division, or by the Mined Land Reclamation Board. <br />Important: Please read the reverse side of this page. <br />
