Gattany <br />Acting Division Director <br />Receipt of Bond Increase, Withdrawal of Possible Violation Item from <br />The Division has received the above-named bond increase, and has found the bond instrument to be acceptable. <br />This bond increase was submitted by Mr. Warren Wilcox, who operates the site. The total bond amount posted is <br />now $1,905, which is the amount felt to be adequate to reclaim the site under the existing reclamation plan. You <br />will be notified by the Division's Denver office of the receipt and acceptance of the bond increase. <br />This letter is to inform you that the Mined Land Reclamation Board agenda item for possible violation for failure to <br />provide the bond increase has been withdrawn from the November meeting agenda.
