You can send a copy of the bond release <br />application to OSM. I am waiting to hear back from OSM of their desire and <br />availability for attending the inspection. I mentioned 9/28/04 at gam as a possible <br />date. <br />Thank you for the faxed copies of return receipts. Please verify in the Archuleta <br />County records that the decedents shown on the attached pages are still owners <br />of record. If they are no longer shown as owners of record, then you will need to <br />send letters to the current owners of record. <br />The permits Surface and Ownership Map (Map 1) appears to show Seiber and <br />Mathews as not being contiguous to the permit area. If this is so, then they need <br />not be notified. <br />Map 1 also shows Helen Tabor as a contiguous property owner. If this is correct, <br />then she should be sent a letter. <br />A receipt for Genevieve Madden was not included in the fax.
