The resident agents <br />were added to amended page 3-1. <br />A statement regarding unabated cessation orders or unabated air and water quality <br />violations was added to be bottom of page 3-3. <br />A statement was added to the top of Table 3-2 to indicate Snowcap Coal Company, Inc. is <br />a newly formed company that has not yet received any notices of violation. <br />A discussion of the legal right to entry was added to the top of page 3-4. <br />Enclosed is a new certificate of insurance form. <br />• X(Explosion), C(Collapse) and U(Underground) wording is included in the <br />Description of Operations area section of the certificate. <br />- The required limits are met on this certificate. General Liability coverage has a <br />$250,000 each occurrence limit and Excess Liability coverage has a $750,000 each <br />occurrence limit. The two combined have a total limit of $1,000,000. <br />• Snowcap's insurance broker, Marsh USA Inc., is not allowed to strike the wording <br />"endeavor to" and "but failure to mail such notice...".
