<br />NOTE: More than one Air Pollutant Emission Notice (APEN) may be needed with this
<br />application, since Lhe appl lca[ion may be For the entire source or project, while
<br />a separate APEX is required for each sepa ra [e mission source at [his location. If
<br />there is more than one stack, vent, or ocher mission point at this site, include
<br />a plot plan showing each mission :~-;nt, '
