The following fugitive particulate emission control measures shall be used for
enforcement purposes on the sources covered by this permit, as required by the
Air Quality Control Commission Regulation No. 1.
1. Stockpiles shall be treated with water and chemical dust suppressants
to minimize fugitive particulate emissions.
2. Stockpiles will be compacted to prevent fugitive particulate emissions.
