Gunnison Mine located <br />one mile east of Somerset, Gunnison County, Colorado. <br />• <br />THE SPECIFIC EQUIPMENT OR ACTIVITY SUBJECT TO THIS PERMIT INCLUDES THE <br />FOLLOWING: <br />Temporary coal and mine development open waste stockpiles known <br />as the U.S. Steel, silo, breaker building, initial waste rock, <br />and portal bench stockpiles. <br />• <br />THIS PERMIT IS GRANTED SUE{JECT TO ALL RULES AND AEGULA710NS OF THE <br />COLORADO AIR QUALITY CONTROL COMMISSION AND THE COLORADO AIA QUALITY <br />CONTROL ACT C.R.S. 1973 (25-7-101 et sue.), TO THOSE GENERAL TEAMS AND <br />CONDITIONS SET FORTH ON THE REVERSE SIDE OF THIS DOCUMENT AND THE <br />FOLLOWING SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS: <br />1. The fugitive particulate emissions control measures listed on the attached <br />paee (as proposed in the Fugitive Particulate Emission Control Plan submitted <br />to the Division) shall be applied to the fugitive particulate producing <br />sources as required by Regulation No. 1. <br />2.
