Cattany Division Director Since Aeme Brick failed to publish notice within the time limits set out in Rule 1.6.2(1)(d) the . decision due date has been extendedgursuant to instructions of Rule 1.4.1(13). The revised . decision due date has been set for May 29, 2003. The date was set as follows: 1} Mr. Wayne Spence notified the DMG. on Februazy 28, 2003 that the public notice had not been published within 10 days after Acme Brick was. notified that the amendment application was considet~d filed with the Office, 2) Mr. Spence was- instructed to publish notice as soon as possible, 3) the 2- 2R-03 date was used to determine the 90-day review-period and 4) the extended decision due date was set for May 29, 2003. Acme Brick published notice for 4 consecutive weeks beginning on March 6, 2003 (within 10 days after Februazy 28, 2003). The date of the last publication was Mazch27, 2003. The 20-day comment period was due to expire on April 16, 2003 (20 days after Mazch 27~'). However, Acme Brick extended the comment period to April 22, 2003, so the comment period expires at 4:OOPM on the 22°d of April.
