SCC will be going into the third permit term, and this particulaz table <br />has not been updated since 04/24/91. <br />Current actual topsoil volumes for each, individual stockpile is presented annually in a table <br />contained in the Annual Reclamation Report. Haul Road J is not included in this table, but u <br />described on page 11 of the Tab 25 text, since it is the only item within TR 35 that was not <br />included in the existing reclamation cost estimate. The location of all permanent haul roads, <br />which will be downsized, is depicted on Exhibit 22-1, Postmining Vegetation Map. As shown <br />in the legend of this exhibit, additional information u included in Tabs 19 and 21. In Tab 13, <br />pages 27a and 28 describe the methods of reclaiming and retaining those ponions of haul <br />roads which will be left as permanent access roads. <br />Enclosed are the revised materiak and the instructions for insenion of revised materials into the <br />PAP.
